Sarawak Chief Minister Attended 9th Chief Minister's Environmental Award (CMEA)

KUCHING, 13 January 2021 - Sarawak Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Abang Zohari Tun Openg attended 9th Chief Minister's Environmental Award (CMEA) 2019/2020 ceremony held at leading hotel, here. 

The Sarawak Chief Minister's Environmental Award (CMEA) is a biennial award that serves as an incentive to encourage good stewardship in environmental protection and management among the private and public sectors in Sarawak. This award is the premier environmental award  for business, industry, private and public sectors in Sarawak. 

During the event, awards were presented to winners of various categories namely Chief Minister's Award for Large Enterpriae, Medium Enterprise, Small Enterprise, Local Authorities, Individuals and Eateries and Food Outlets. 

The winners are eligible to use the Award's logo for publicity purposes and recognize  as an exemplary organization committed to environmental protection in Sarawak.
